Are your products authentic?

Yes! We only sell 100% authentic, factory-sealed blind box figures sourced from trusted and verified suppliers.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Southern California, USA. We offer fast shipping across the U.S.!

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

What is a “blind box”?

A blind box is a mystery figure from a specific set, each box is sealed, and you won’t know which character you get until you open it! Some figures are rarer than others (a.k.a. “chase” figures).

Can I request a specific figure?

Unfortunately, we don’t open or sort boxes, what you receive is completely random to keep the mystery and fun intact.

What is your return policy?

Due to the collectible and mystery nature of blind boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll help make it right.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary but usually take 2–7 business days within the U.S.
